- What's the difference between office hours and gate hours?
Office hours are hours in which the on-site managers are available at each location to answer all questions related to storage units, payments, moving or packing supplies. Gate hours are hours that tenants can access their rented storage units. If access to your unit is needed outside of the listed location gate hours, please contact the on-site manager at your location to discuss accessing your storage unit outside of normal gate hours. - When can I access my storage unit?

Access is allowed or restricted by the Tenant in writing. The form is available in our office. - How can I make a payment?
Payments can be processed through our web site, in person, by mail, by phone or facility drop box. - What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We also accept cash or checks at each location. - What sizes do you have and how much do they cost?
We have varying unit sizes and prices to meet all of your self storage needs. Please visit our location page to see cost and help you determine size needed. See SPECIALS area for Move In Discounts. - How do I calculate how much storage space to rent?
Please contact our on-site managers to help you determine the best size for your needs. You may also refer to the Space Estimator or What Fits pages on this website for assistance. - How long is my lease term?
Lease term is month to month. - What kind of documentation do I need to rent?
Government Issued Photo ID - What about insurance?
We do not insure your goods. We do not require insurance. We do recommend you obtain your own insurance. - What do I do when I am ready to Move Out?
1. Fill out a Move Out Notice, which you can obtain from the Office in person, or we can fax or email form.
2. You must have the unit empty, broom swept, and lock removed, by the day before your rent is due. - Can I reserve a unit?
Yes you can reserve a unit from RESERVE A UNIT on this website or by calling the location where you wish to store. You will be charged a one-time, Non Refundable $15.00 Admin Fee. Visit the location you have selected, during business hours, within 5 DAYS to complete the rental. If the lease is not completed within the 5 days, the $15.00 Admin Fee will be forfeited. Rental of the unit is subject to terms of facility lease. - What packing and moving supplies do you sell?
We have various moving and packing supplies to make your move as easy as possible. Packing supplies include storage boxes, bubble wrap, wrapping paper, mattress bags, furniture covers, packing tape, locks, and much more.
